It was just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Punta Arenas with very good value for money. The staff at the desk were super helpful and offered a great restaurant recommendation for local dining. Keep in mind that the hotel is next to a main road, so some traffic noise may slip in at night.

missingWrote a review on Dec 09difficult bathroom doorstreet noise
My stay was plagued by numerous issues. The bathroom door was incredibly difficult to open and close, making it frustrating to use. To add to that, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. there were signs of dust in various corners, which was quite off-putting. The noise from the street was unbearable at night, and even with earplugs, I struggled to get a decent night's sleep.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment came with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our family needs. Each afternoon, breakfast items like ham, cheese, eggs, and bread were left in the fridge, allowing us to enjoy breakfast at our pace. The check-in staff were helpful, and the internet connection speed met our requirements. However, the bathroom door was tricky to maneuver, which added a bit of frustration. Road noise at night disrupted our sleep despite using earplugs, and the temperature control in the room didn't work properly, making it uncomfortably warm. A few housekeeping issues were noticeable, with dust on higher surfaces. Overall, there were many positives, but these details could enhance future stays.

clean apartments, fantastic hot water, ample space
The bathroom size felt cramped, especially when traveling with a child!!! Additionally, better drainage in the shower would prevent flooding, and a covered path would help keep bags dry in the rain!!!
